yeah, sounds like murder to me. in fact, let's start jailing every woman who has a miscarriage, too.

it is a long-standing conservative distortion to imply that abortions are in any way similar to "murdering babies." that's simply not the case. a life begins when a fetus survives birth, until then it is a part of its mothers body (very similar, physiologically, to cancer) and she is free to do as she pleases with it.
