Biden was working a different deal with thugs in Iran, likely turning loose billions of dollars under some kind of under the table quid pro quo arrangement that would boost his personal bank account by millions of dollars.  Obama laid his hands on money that had been frozen for more than 30 years, releasing it to the wrong people just weeks before the SCOTUS ruled the money belonged to Americans, not thieving murdering terrorist thugs that never o3wned the money in the first place.
