Do Christians oppose incest

I would be interested to know what christians think of incest.

I assume that they can't strongly oppose it as god's plan for the procreation of the human race had incest at its heart.

And then of course there is Lot's daughter who couldn't find a man she fancied so she got her dad drunk and shagged him.
