So when Habba says Jean-Pierre was appointed White House press secretary for “DEI reasons”, what else could she be alluding to other than that she is a Black woman?

When the Republican congressman Tim Burchett called Kamala Harris – the then sitting vice-president, former senator and former attorney general of the country’s most populous state; a woman who would have entered the Oval Office with a longer record in elected office than Bill Clinton, George W Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump – a “DEI hire” within 24 hours of her becoming the Democratic presidential nominee, what else could he have been referring to other than that she is a Black woman?

DEI could work the other way too. If a white person tried to get a job in a mostly minority area, there's a chance they could hire an unqualified white person. DEI is a crappy concept no matter which way you spin it. Thank goodness its DEAD

because I controlled the house keeping staff the mati dept on 2 and 3 rd shifts I was in charge of customer service the pool snow removal bell hops housemen, grounds care , security and parking lot staff. I provided jobs for locals and a lot of internationals on student programs from Peru Columbia, Australia south Africa etc.
the tiped positions often made 500.00 a day in tips such as bell boys and housemen.

I also was in a similar position for 2 other company's. , I am known for giving people a chance to work that others would not hire.
