The video you showed used both testify and gag order.   So it is confusing over what they were talking about. I think the President was talking gag order which he happens to still be under. which is actually illegal.   But the testify thing.  That is his or his lawyers choice.   WHY should he testify when he did nothing wrong.      I don't know that he chose not to.   And the reason you wanted him to testify was to see if your side could catch him using the wrong verb tense.   I agree if he or his attorneys chose for him not to testify...that is his prerogative and not your business, mr. lawless.
