Another lug nut . People have been referring to former presidents as mr president for decades nothing had changed that. Its considered some what Of a custom In my opinion granted to all former presidents regardless of party or background .

You do not like it sorry get over it. Just as I open doors for women and old people in cars and stores etc. . its become a polite custom among men who respect women and d the elderly.

And he still can appeal the case and will for sure .  Your all excited and want his balls cut off dont you. You want him to suffer .
