You might notice by the graph, available on the links, that of the 5 biggest spending presidents, 3 are Republican. Bill Clinton is nowhere in sight, his presidency keeps looking better and better. I'm sure you have plenty of excuses for why Republican presidents are bigger spenders than Democrats, but the facts remain.
