...I doubt that very much. It's not as if the Navy were blanketing the entire planet with sonar waves, 24/365. In reality, the use of sonar constitutes a very small part of what our military forces do, in maintaining their state of readiness to protect our shores.If you consider it "callous and wonton disregard", then perhaps you should change the channel and watch something else. Training of our armed forces is an absolute must, if we want to maintain our sovereignty as a nation. You do want that, do you not?
