Well, that certainly was a pretty stupid thing for her to do...yet, seems so morally like the standard for the elected officials of our/my time!!! She's one bad woman, yep 4 sure!

Ah, come on...how can you say that when the stoic Martha Stewart did the time for her crime and we'll be waiting with baited breath to see of the 'Ponzie Scheme Billionaire' club members get to do their 'TIME FOR THEIR CRIMES'...
Corruption; wears many hats, comes in all colors, seems to be any gender and any age group...ie Berny Madoff's up coming sentencing this coming MONDAY!!! A packed courtroom is being expected...for as many of his thousands of pissed off people swindled out of their life savings!

Associated Press published the story that Republican Gov. Mark Sanford will reimburse South Carolina the amount of $12,000 for his trip to Argentina to visit his mistress.
Ok, that's one take on it. The reality is somewhat different. This GOP horndog started an affair, got caught, kept it going and his wife told him to move out. He went A.W.O.L. from his job. He lied to his staff about where he was. He charged the trip to his state, then only after getting caught, now says he'll "reimburse" the state.
In the real world, not the distorted "I'm entitled" Republican thought process, anyone that that took off unexplained from work for that period of time, lied to everyone about it, then was discovered to have charged $12,000 to their employer so they could go get some on the side.... well whadda ya think would happen next?
And this was one of the Republicans being groomed for a presidential run in 2012.

If ya do the crime ya have to do the time blue, red or purple...
kinda sad when you are digging down to city council level though to try to play well your guy did this lol. Rep Gov does x, well look what a city council member did! ...not that it makes it ok but still kinda sad
