180 days to report discrimination...BULL!!!

Did you know know that for every white mans dollar, is a black womans 60 some cents. Also did you know that discussing each others wages is forbidden in the work place, and one more thing, did you know you only have 180 days to report discrimination. Now you tell me, is it fair. And let me point out that if you do happen to take your employer to court, but happen to lose your case, do you think you are going to have a job thereafter. Now to my knowledge this is being faught against in senate. Personally this, is an outrage even though i have never been discriminated against think about those who have.

Discrimination is horrible. Most of us have experienced it. I learned early on it makes little difference to complain about it, unfortunately.
