What do we think of a President who attacks a country with the intent to dethrone it's leader based on intel that is either false or just wrong?

I would think that as long as Congress has approved the military action, it is the President's duty to do so.

Unless you are Barack Obama, of course. Obama carries the "carte blanche" card.
