States are big prisons: You are only an Amen number !

We all live in big prisons whether a small prison like the Sultanate of Brunei or big ones like the United States and China. We are all submitted to the law of the direction of the prison. We are all subject to the rules of the prison, small or big. We have to survive in our prisons as all other prisoners do. We all submit our will to the prison director and comply by the law of the prison of which the director watches very firmly.

The director of the prison might very well be a mad man or a megalomaniac, or probably both, but one thing is sure, all prison directors are ruthless and merciless arrogant bastards and out to govern your life in the prison and dictate their law, their very personal law is your code of life.

No freedom of movement and no freedom of choice. Your life is already decided by the direction and the government of the prison. The director sees that everything is maintained under order. You have a little place to live, it is your cell. You can share it with other prisoners, some cells can provide place for more than two. It all depends where you are and in which big prison you are.

Your code of freedom is already decided for you. Your conduct is under strict survey watched by a system of camera surveillance. Your movement is watched all the time. You have to comply by the rules of the house, the jail where you live. You are allowed some visits and have some leisurely walk in the back yard of the prison. You can choose your sport but under the restrictions of the jail director.

You are offered food and drink and a cell to pass your time. You are provided with an obligatory work in which you earn very little. You are provided with TV and radio and from time to time you attend the local spectacle made by your-fellow prisoners.

You might have, as is sure, to take side of one gang or another, these are the parties that rule in your society. These prison gangs, have nothing in head but to acquire power and dominate other prisoners. All drugs can be purchased if you have the means for it.

Rackets of protection consider you as member if you owe them allegiance. You live in hatred and cheap competition having sometimes to fight for your life for survival.

You cannot leave the prison for you are born there and so are your parents, so you have a birthplace and a number. You are simply a number written on your shirt. You are identified by your number and not by your name. In fact you do not exist except as a number on the register of the your prison.

If you do not like the food and do not like the faces of the guards and you decide to revolt then the direction leashes the dogs of the prison and the guardian gladiators crush you like a cockroach who might share with you your cell.

If you leave your prison then you have to go another prison, with different system of rule and different faces of gladiators, but it is just the same.

If you want to release yourself from your big prisons, you cannot, unless you are a Robinson Crusoe, but not all of us can survive completely alone. We all share the solitude and loneliness of Robinson Crusoe in our big prisons. We have to fight against instincts and tempests of our lives and sometimes feel like being crazy in our prison.

But we prefer to be in prisons than to be out in the bewilderness without social security and inside clubs and free food. We are provided with work but do not earn much money. We live a robotic mechanical life and feel sometimes like zombies or the living dead.

We ask if prison life is worth while living. Some prisoners commit suicide, and are rightly chosen. Some other prisoners choose spirituality and adhere to a religion and become devoted believers in God. This helps them release themselves from the prison of life but their feet are well incrusted in the big prison. Their spirits are somewhere else above their miserable being but have to eat and sleep like all other good prisoners. You are nothing but a number, inhuman mechanic robot, not worthy of anything except your vote at the gladiator's poll!!

Most of long term prisoners leaving prison, suffer from depression and are nostalgic to return back, for the gladiators have brainwashed them to act and react according to the law of the prison. They are hence conditioned to the lectorate system and voting for a new director, a new gladioator, a new conditioner of your miserable life. You carry on your life applauding for the gladiators, the mad and megalomanian politicians who know nothing better than the cockroache in your toilet. But in our case we are born in prisons and are sentenced to life imprisonment. Besides, where can you go, our prison is just as good as another!
Is it not about time you liberate yourself??
