keeping a campaign promise to support the coal industry and calling into question U.S. support for an international deal to fight global warming.
Not everyone will be happy. But it's part of what put him in the Oval Office.dogtowner. I am not so happy about Trump keeping this promise. Our Great Barrier Reef is almost destroyed due to pollution. Of course I can't blame Trump for this. Obama and our Conservative government are to blame. However Trump plans will make it worst. Climate warming will effect the whole world. Many industries will disappear or be transfer to cooler climate. This will be hard for large countries like the USA and Australia. It will be impossible for a small island.
If it's dead then it will die a natural death. But it doesn't need to be killed by government. He can undo regulations and pretend that global warming isn't real. He can't bring back coal mining jobs when they are going away because of economics. Coal is yesterday's technology. Natural gas is today's. Solar and nuclear are tomorrow's.
Yes, it will die of market forces. No need for the government to kill it. Natural gas is simply cheaper and cleaner and will replace coal.If it's dead then it will die a natural death. But it doesn't need to be killed by government.
The Paris accords are, of course, a seperate matter. And one that he will address.
Sad but unfortunately true. Makes you wonder why he went to the effort of wasting the paper the EO was written on.So, those coal miners need to find a new way to make a living. Trump isn't going to save their jobs.
....Fear ye not Skippy! Dig a bunker and hunker down here's some tips and hints we all need to know.....However Trump plans will make it worst. Climate warming will effect the whole world
Because it covers far more than coal.Sad but unfortunately true. Makes you wonder why he went to the effort of wasting the paper the EO was written on.
Does seem to be.Coal was just the poster child.
Sort of but mainly allows it to be used for whatever. Specific can be so constraining.Does seem to be.
Have you read the EO? Its all a bit sort of airy fairy... full of "when permissable" .... or "when approriate"... or "review of"... or "plan to carry out the review required"

I guess it's a mission statement?
.. even the non-specifics are non-specific..Specific can be so constraining.
Those being harmed will be ringing phones... even the non-specifics are non-specific..
Wait for the review dates and see what's reviewed..?

I'm delighted that job killing regs effecting coal and a host of other industries are gone. You are such a sad person! You rejoice at something MERELY because of your love for Trump, and your hatred for President Obama. And yet, YOU KNOW that this is dangerous for the universe and will NOT bring back those jobs in the Coal industry. Coal is dead. . .or so close to it that it will never revive. And, any person with any brain would dream for another "career" for their children than that which leads to black lungs and constant pollution of once' s environment.
But not you. . .not those who can't think. . .or who have their head so far up Trump's ASS that they rejoice at anything that can LOOK like defeating President Obama's legacy!
So sad.
