Pennsylvania golf club apologized after calling police on black women members for playing too slow

The Grandview Golf Club in York, Pennsylvania, has apologized after it called the police on a group of black women after the co-owner and his father said the five-some was playing too slowly and refused to leave the course.

The women — who are all members at the golf club — were told they were not keeping the pace of play on just the second hole by former York County Commissioner Steve Chronister, who claimed to be the owner of the club. They claimed they were keeping pace with the group ahead of them, and talked with the golf pro at the course after Chronister confronted the group. They claimed the golf pro said they were fine.


After finishing the first half of their round, three members of the group decided to leave “because they were so shaken up by the incident.” The two who stayed to finish the round were then approached by Chronister, his son Jordan and several other white, male employees, who told them they had five minutes to leave the club and that police had been called. The reasoning, they said, was that they had taken too long of a break on the turn.

Jordan Chronister, who identified himself as the co-owner, was “aggressive, confrontational and condescending,” to the group, the women said.

Refusing to leave a private establishment is never a good idea.

Obviously, the women changed their minds in the end because they were not arrested.

Had they continue to refuse to leave they would have been arrested, like the Democratic Operatives at the Starbuck's in Philadelphia.

The police were not call because these women were black, nor because they were playing to slow, unlike what the fake news propaganda headline states.

The police were called, and justifiably so, because these women refused to leave.

More propaganda for the sheeple to bleat about.

Ah yes.. I’m all in favour of affirmative action like Nike, just do it!
We have the same here. We are now designating the 22nd of April Stephen Lawrence day. He was a black kid that got stabbed 25 years ago by some white racists and the Met Police fucked up the investigation.. a right royal bollocks up from start to finish. Anyway the upshot was that after various commissions and investigations into the investigation and the police in general yadda yadda the police were declared institutionally racist. So for the last 25 years all we’ve heard when a black kid goes in front of the police is Stephen bloody Lawrence. His family have become almost demi-godson the fight against racism; upholding his memory and all that jazz. So anyway on Monday our prime minister beatifies this fella and we all have to raise our eyes in homage to him and celebrate his life! Cool huh... get stabbed become god! I think we’ll have a new canon of scripture soon as well.... the Words of Lawrence...we’ll all read passages from them on the 22nd of April... for eternity.
Anyway affirmative action.... how’s that working out for you fellas in your idilic little part of the world?

Got a half black guy elected president. So it's going great or horribly depending on how you look at it.
More seriously, I read an interesting study some time back that showed in a noteworthy number of instances the kids admitted to schools they would otherwise not have qualified for would up getting behind and dropping out. Then being discouraged, broke or both didnt enroll in a school better suited to their abilities. Loads of other examples but that one always strikes me as most telling.

Affirmative Action aka "institutionalized legal discrimination based on ones skin color" did not get B. Hussein elected.
