    another sign that the economy is slowly starting to improve.

    or it could be that those tax cuts for the wealthy of Bush's on the lowest bracket went away putting those folks back of the tax paying side. you know, despite bo saying no new taxes if you made less than 200k. has nothi g to do with any improvement in the economy.

    Isn't that like the unemployment number dropping?

    The more people that drop out of the work force, the fewer jobs and taxpayers there are.
