You are assuming that elections are accurate .... that our vote indeed counts when story after story suggest other wise!

The Republicans have not only abandoned their core base, they are actively purging their own conservative members. It seems to me the TEA Party will not have any choice but to form it's own party.

The majority of America is conservative and right now they have very little representation in Washington. This may prove to be difficult considering the regime continues to illegally target all conservative groups.

Primaries are good. It is bad for America for the NRSC to blindly support all incumbents. Being a Senator is not an entitlement; it's a privilege that must be earned with each election.

Haven't career politicians done enough damage to this Country?

Primaries are good, but winning a general election is more important. It makes no sense to nominate someone who has no hope of winning a general election. We did this over and over again in 2010 and 2012 and the net result is that instead of controlling both the House and Senate, we only control the House.

If you are mad about policies Obama is ramming through, a good start to stopping this would be to control the Senate.

if you have issues with how the GOP operates then the solution is simple, take control of the party. then you do what you will. wouldnt be the first time. the evangelicals did it some years ago to disastrous effect. why ? because for state wide or nationwide elections you have to find another 26 to 31 percent of voters to pull the R lever. you dont have to like this simple reality but ignoring it is not possible.

Yes it has happened in the past .... but, things are clearly different at this point .... like the GOP becoming a leftist party and the regime openly with little challenge using the IRS to target their opponents ... amnesty ..... I could go on ...

"Ultimately" it's the voters in just a few key states that determine the primaries ... the candidates are almost always already chosen by time a lot of other states get to vote in the primaries.

I really thought Romney could beat Obama last time around, wrong.

I still don't think any of the rest of the pack could have even come close. No way to know now, however.
