In 2164 The US is now an totaly socislist country. But theyre over 200,000 people living in a secret underground living free. Theyre hackers who steal money from the government they distributing to the people. They created a Master Card but it doesnt steal money from the company it steals money from the U.S treasury dept. Authorities cant find who is stealing from them. The government finds over a billion dollars being stolen every year from them.They can only blame China and Russia for it. Over 200,000 underground people living in nice condo like home but its underground. Theres a secret entrance but ask the hotel elevator man the password he take you to the secret underground. Theyre 200 types hotels can take you to the underground but the authorites cant find it People are shopping for clothes food and other needs the master card that steals from the department of treasury. The movie shows how people live underground and the authorites CIA.FBI and Departmenmt of justice and treasury tries to find the source how the money is stolen. All because certain members of society want to get away from socialism

Reminds me of the liberty movement... Actually, not sure what it was called but something like that... A group of libertarians, I think, was looking to have enough people move to the same state that they could easily take a majority vote in every election. I would like to see an entire state go libertarian, it would make things more interesting on the national stage as I think the LP would get it's seat at the debate table in national and presidential elections.

I wish the planners and residents of this proposed community the best of luck... They should try to get land grants, federal loans, and even subsidies from the government by selling it as a "green-affordable-middle-class-housing-project". The way we piss money away on everything else, the name alone should be worth at least a few million.
