Obama now has his next "economic stimulus" program!

He'll be busily signing pieces of paper, between rounds of golf and basketball shootarounds, and these autographs will be distributed to all black unemployed people so they can sell Obama's signature on e-Bay or at gay pride parades or at the studios of leftist TV news channels or in the lobbies of leftist newspapers and magazines.
