The poor man definitely needs to be retired but Dems still trot him out to everyone's embarrassment.
 
Compassion for a fellow human being in distress is all well and good.

But he intentionally abused his privileges as an elected official (which he became in order to take advantage of his constituents) to get rich through corruption and take sexual advantage of innocent women, while taking indecent liberties with young girls and his own daughter and posing as a decent, intelligent, conscientious, honorable, noble, competent, kind hearted, public servant.

He figured that if worse came to worst, he would depend on our forgiving his transgressions.

He may be feeble minded now, but his deceptive instincts served him well since 1972.
