When discussing my theological views with my pastor, he said "Oh, your a theonomist". Having never heard the term, he explained that a theonomist is someone who believes that the the Word of God is the Law. His characterization of my views was accurate.
As an avowed theonomist, I consider the six most dangerous words in the english language to be "there ought to be a law". I also believe that anyone who actually thinks that the constitution offers them any real protection, just doesn't understand.
