RICO was a law designed to stop mobsters. Then it was used to arrest protesters.
Now the gov wants a law to ban websites that engage in piracy. the law is not even written or passed yet and already it is being abused.
The gov already has a list of websites that it has ordered to be removed or banned - and sometimes merely because they are not complimentary toward government.
