As i said before, the oil was put up for tender. Many local refineries bought oil. Some bought it and exported it. It is not illegal. Some could have gone to China or anywhere else. The point of it was to increase oil supply to reduce prices. Thats how the system works thingo.
It is also why he requested the Saudis to increase production. He didn't beg to them. They are losing some money by not producing as much.
So before you blast off on your hate filled rant, get the facts.

yes it was as it wasnt from our emergency reserve and gas was cheap then we produced more then we could use then but thanks to bidens policys we no longer do so hes selling off our emergency supply, big difference
1. we don't have enough gas refinery capacity, so we don't "produced more than we can use", we always have imported it duh
2. oil is oil, there is no shortage of it, the world produces all kinds of it every day, there are all kinds of reserves. we aren't in any danger by selling from the SPR.
3. The U.S. consumes about 19.69 million barrels of crude oil per day. Because this is more oil than the U.S. produces each day, the oil must be imported from other countries.
